CLUB & LEAGUE FEES
Royals members will pay a $300 Membership Club Fee plus individual League Fees for each league they wish to play in. Your Membership Club Fee provides you with access to the club, the ability to spare in any Royals League, access to practice ice, and HST. League fees include Prize Fund fee and HST.
For the 2023/2024 season, all members will register using the new fee structure (outlined above).
INITIATION FEE (General Membership Fee)
As well as your curling fees, members are also required to pay an Initiation fee. This fee was introduced prior to the start of the 2001/2002 season. Paying the Initiation fee ($600.00) in full, in effect makes the member a part-owner of the Royals and a General Member. General Members are entitled to vote at club meetings and to hold a position on the Board of Directors of the club.
New members have the option to pay the Initiation Fee in full or over a 10-year period.
Certain members are not required to pay the Initiation Fee: Owner Members, Senior Members (65 or older on June 30, 2022), full-time students under 25 years old, Social Members, and Spares.
